POO EATER!!!
While I was getting ready this morning for my cousin (Brooke Ann) bridal shower I put hailyn in the living room to play with some toys. As I was primping I realized that it was unusually quiet in the living room and decided I had better check up on things. Well when I was approaching the living room I was overwhelmed with this nasty stench.... dog poo! We are attempting to potty train my daughters two month old puppy, Opie. It has been a total nightmare and honestly my patience have never been so tested... Grrrr!!! I arrive in the living room and realize that dog poo was the least of my worries. Little Hailyn decided to have herself a morning snack and was feasting upon a fresh pile of poop. EWE!!!! Face, hands and clothes were covered, along with the walls, dvd player, stereo, playstation and controller. I'm assuming once she realized that poop wasn't her favorite flavor she decided to decorate the house with it. I am pretty sure I have never been so mortified! My apologies for Hailyn's poo breath next time you decide to give her a kiss!

First ingredient of the day.... Education
Today was another school day for Hailyn and I. At 7:30am I dropped Hailyn off to day care next door and left for my journey to Weber State. I drove the truck to avoid breaking down in my car, AGAIN, so I arrived on time for class at 9:30. Yes!
I am very hesitant about our new unit in English where we will be studying the Holocaust. I remember in eight grade my teacher played an educational video on the Holocaust. It was my first experience learning about the heart-wrenching events and quite honestly I was devastated. I have a literal mental break down in front of the whole class room. I left sobbing and had to be excused for the rest of the day. Thankfully, during our next period together the students and teacher pretended nothing happened. Most people probably hear that story and think how cute and tender hearted but I don't view it the same. I was and to this day am still completely embarrassed of my over reaction. Let's just hope that I don't humiliate myself in anyway during the course of this unit. I don't think that my college peers will be so forgiving!
Overall it was a pretty uneventful day on campus.
To my knowledge Hailyn enjoyed day care today. They had a picnic in the living room and Hailyn was very nice to share all her slobbery food with her friends. She finds it quite funny to give you a bite of her snack as long as you don't consume too much of it. In which case you might get growled at. They also had fun listening to music and dancing. All the kids love how Hailyn, only 9 months, bobs her head and flaps her arms up and down anytime music is turned on. It really is hilarious.
